As Manager of Infrastructure Maintenance & Strategy at Nigeria LNG Limited — a joint venture with Shell Global Solutions — he oversees a $50M annual budget and a team of over 330.
He previously served as Lead Turnaround Manager, executing a $150M budget with a workforce of over 2,000 to deliver flawless asset handovers. An expert in Reliability Centered Maintenance and Root Cause Analysis, he has improved rotating-equipment reliability by 30% and has deep experience with CMMS (SAP/Pacer) and EDMS systems.
Kingsley holds an MBA from Athabasca University and an MSc in Engineering Management from Delaware University, and is a trained ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
