Isaac is a distinguished facilities and healthcare technology leader with over 20 years of global experience across the aviation and healthcare sectors. A forward-thinking architect of “Connected Operations,” he integrates smart building technologies, predictive analytics, and BMS/ERP platforms to ensure zero-downtime environments in high-stakes, regulated facilities.

As Director of Estates & Facilities at the African Medical Centre of Excellence he leads 35+ professionals, achieving 98% facility uptime, securing $2.5M in capital improvements, and realizing $400K in annual savings. Earlier, as Director of Facilities & Infrastructure for Ghana Airports Company, he delivered up to 56% cost savings across six airports; at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital he directed a $40M medical-equipment program.

He holds an MBA in Engineering Management (Coventry University) and a Bachelor's in Clinical Engineering (Germany), and is a Certified International Workplace & Facilities Manager (CIWFM) and FMP with specialized airport and civil-aviation training.
